Wheel to wheel racing. No center banner.
FREE TRAIL RIDING

The event will be held in an old quarry at the city owned Northwest OHV Park in Bridgeport, Texas.

The course is nothing shy of extreme with high speed drift corners to moderately slow rock racing sections. Mixed in are a few hp hills and steep ledges.

Friday night 5-8pm, we will have a meet and greet at Rock City Burger Company just 2 miles from the park. Teams can register there (avoiding late reg fees)
A live band will be present
BYOB
Plenty of trailer parking across the street at the parts store and grocery store.

This is a 1 minute deduction gate. Very Happy

Do we actually need a spotter for this track? Wife wants to race with me, but she's not the best spotter yet.

youd be crazy not to run a spotter! Having your spotter co-dawg with you would seem logical, but racing 2/4 in the same course means you can't get out of the rig until everyone passes you by. But, the time on the clock starts when you start, so your spotter can already be at the trouble spots waiting for you. I would want a spotter in 3 spots....1 ledge, and 2 rocky areas..especially with another rig on the same course.

Looks like we will be making this trip afterall. I haven't been on some nice loose rocks in a while . This event should be a blast.

btt

The course got a face lift! 1 chain saw cut 100 trees. 2 back hoes moved brush piles, rocks, and created some killer ledges!

The spectator veiwing areas just got that much better!

Trail riders will be able to enjoy these new obstacles and lines for years to come!

still not an official event...hmm
