about 10 years ago I could fit my Jeep down there, but most of the trails are grown over where only 4 wheelers can fit down them now.

I took my old K-5 out there all the time when I lived in Crosby, Followed the 4wheeler trails till I got stuck, There are some bottomless holes/mud pits out there. Just watch what ya drive off into. took me about 1/2 hour with the winch to get out.

We went out there about 6 months ago where all the 4 wheelers pay to ride and talked to the people that ran the place. They said that big trucks and Jeeps were not allowed. She was real rude when I asked her why,Said that all we do is rut the place up and get in the 4 wheelers way.So I left red faced and confused. Confused Mad

Some years ago, trucks were all that went out there. 4-wheelers were pretty scarce. These days its nothing but 4-wheelers. You can still access the place you just have to come in at "outlaws" which is off FM2100. Take the turn to go to highlands motorcross park and go to the end of the road. Watch out there are still holes that will eat 44's for lunch.

he's right, Before god made 4 wheelers there was Trucks, and off road vehicles.............anyway this was before the A....Holes who bought the place put up all the dividers closed the way in off 90 at the bridge. Used to be fun, Now they dont want ya in there because they dont want the 4 wheelers to get offended..............

I was told it was illegal b/c of motorized vehicles near texas waterways. And the holes are bottomless and sometimes very narrow. You can still wiggle your way in if you dont mind risking the water crossing from the other side of 90
